STARTING COMPLAINT WIKIMEDIA FOUNDATION FOR WIKIPEDIA VIETNAMESE

Before we launch a campaign regarding our grievance against Wikipedia and the Wikimedia Foundation across the global online community, BloggerVietnam proposes a solution to bring transparency to this dispute, consisting of two specific points:

- Point One.

1. Lift the global ban imposed on the user "BloggerVietnam" on vi.wikipedia.org.

- Point Two.

2. Officially restore the subpages and draft pages associated with the "BloggerVietnam" user account that were subjected to speedy deletion and a ban due to the misconduct of Administrator P.ĐĂNG.

- This proposal is based on the consensus reached during the Vietnamese Wikipedia community discussion titled "Wikipedia:Community Discussion/Consensus on Three Activities" (which addresses the issue of overlapping regulations).
